Accounts Payable Manager | €40k - €50k. Our client an Irish company based in Louth is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years AP experience and have previously managed a team. Key Responsibilities: • Overall responsibility for the AP month end and year end close including but not limited to, overheads invoicing, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. • Ensuring key supplier reconciliations are performed bi-monthly. • Ensuring the monthly payment runs operate to a tight deadline. • Ensure all payments are posted in a timely manner to the purchase ledger. • Providing supplier payments forecast for weekly cashflow forecast. • Setting, tracking improving accounts payable KPIs and escalating where appropriate. Key Requirements: • 3-4 years accounts payable experience with previous experience of running a busy Accounts Payable department.
