IT Technician - 1 year Fixed Term Full Time X 1. Dundalk Institute of Technology invites applications for the following posts: IT Technician - 1 year Fixed Term Full Time X 1. The persons appointed will have technical support expertise in imaging, maintaining and trouble-shooting PCs, printers & printing systems. Expertise in building, maintaining, securing and troubleshooting servers is desired. The successful candidate will support students, academics and administration staff with their IT needs across all areas of the Institute. Workplace experience is desired however appropriate on the job and classroom training will be supplied to successful candidates. The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge and interest in some or all of the following technology areas. IP Networking Topologies. IT Security. Active Directory, Office365 Administration. SQL Databases. System Centre Configuration Manager, Group Policy Management. Linux operating system administration and management.
