This Project Manager position will be responsible for managing company-wide medium to complex global projects related to new product launches and product optimisation. You will manage projects from insight to idea to concept sage through to full commercialisation. This is a multifaceted role, intended to drive multiple internal and external new product initiatives as the company's portfolio of products continues to evolve. Your responsibilities will include: Lead project management through cross functional teams for assigned innovation projects. Develop internal business partnerships and manage interfaces with all business functions. Run project team meetings to ensure all projects are kept on track. Develop external business partnerships with key stakeholders. Use appropriate project management tools to manage activity and ensure projects are reviewed appropriately. Manage the pipeline and interact with senior leaderships to provide visibility and analysis of projects. Assist in creating and delivering the global innovation strategy. Your experience & skills: Degree in related field. 8-10 years experience managing complex global projects. PMP certified. Excellent project management skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to champion new ways of working. Ability to effectively interact, collaborate and influence. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a communicator, have clear thinking, be results focused and have the ability to plan strategically.
