HR Generalist. CPL HR are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a 9 Month Maternity leave contract for a services organisation based in Co. Louth. The ideal candidate will enjoy autonomy and strive to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. Key Responsibilities. Providing accurate expert advice on all aspects of people management. Manage and coordinate performance reviews. Providing advice and assistance on any company policy queries and ER issues. Working closely with the business to ensure all employee training needs are met. Implement policy changes and employee handbook updates including communication & change management to stakeholders. Support the TA team on recruitment campaigns. Lead & manage ad hoc projects as assigned by the HR Business Partner. Experience Required. HR Degree or related discipline. 3+ years in HR Generalist role. Excellent attention to detail & accuracy. Excellent Microsoft Office applications. Good knowledge of employment law in Ireland.
