Facilities Co -Ordinator. Do you have a “can do” attitude and looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client is a very popular worldwide company and currently seeking a facilities co-ordinator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis in their Dundalk office. The Facilities Co-Ordinator will look after overall maintenance and administration support for the office. Looking for candidates with a strong customer service and administration background, previous facilities experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Ideally candidates would have some previous call centre experience . Responsibilities: •Ensure facilities are running at a high standard by conducting regular facilities inspections, liaising with service providers and supporting deliveries of cost-efficient facility services. •Supporting the office’s administration services, covering reception desk, undertaking financial tasks. •Supporting helpdesk on an ad-hoc basis. •Implementing company policies and procedures. •Maintain site documentation. Requirements: •Strong customer service experience (call centre experience ideal. •Knowledge of Microsoft Packages. •Ability to manage a busy workload. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
