Project Manager. Louth €Neg + Package. Our client, one of Irelands most reputable and progressive main contactors, currently requires a Project Manager for a €50m+ project in Louth. This project will involve multi-strorey RC frame construction, glazing, M&E packages etc. The Project Manager should be degree qualified, and will stem from a Tier-1 contractor, with solidOperations Management procesess, strong quality, H&S, and environmental planning standards. Good programming experience is essential. Desired Skills and Experience Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management Degree. Residential / commercial / mixed-use development construction experience. Planning/Programming (Timeframe.
