Project/ Site Manager (Co. Louth. Neg + Bonus + Package. Project/ Site Manager required for leading residential developer, who are currently undertaking a large housing project in Co. Louth. Requirements: • Design and build experience, ideally housing. • Site Infrastructure. • Civil works, drainage, utilities etc. • Monitoring program, Quality, safety. • Monitoring sub-contractors. Role. • Ensuring that a high level of health and safety is maintained on site as per company site safety policy and the contractor’s site safety plan. • Managing sub-contractors, including the Groundworks contractor. • Keep an updated site diary, progress, and records for comparison construction works programme. • Co-ordination and conducting weekly progress meetings.
