Restaurant/Store Manager, Job Ref. JO3094. Permanent Full Time. Drogheda. Starting salary €22,000. We are delighted to be working with our client, a leading popular sandwich chain in the search for a talented Store Manager for one of their outlets in Drogheda. As a Restaurant/StoreManager you will lead and direct the overall day to day management of the restaurant, ensuring that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. You will also be responsible for the recruiting of staff and will oversee the in-store training program as laid out by the company. Duties and responsibilities: Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders. Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately. Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the transaction. Perform Cash-In Procedure, accounting for all forms of money, bread, etc., during the shift. Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner. Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policy are followed. Essential Criteria: Managers are required to do a minimum of 35 hours in store per week. Demonstrable experience in a similar role. Supervisory or Management Experience.
