Our client is a global innovative FMCG organisation based in Drogheda who are looking to add an e-Commerce Key Account Manager to their team to manage their digital platforms and to drive sales growth. This Key Account Manager position will work closely with buyers in both large retailers but also e-commerce platforms, negotiating JBP's and managing those accounts. The Role. As eCommerce Account Manager, you will work to develop existing accounts through extending product listings, identifying and developing new sales opportunities and agreeing on activities with customers that will deliver growth in line with targets and objectives. You will have accountability for sales and profitability targets through managing pricing, negotiating terms and managing the product mix and promotions. You will conduct regular reporting on customer performance versus agreed plans and KPIs. Through meetings with customers, you will manage these relationships and report on sales performance in these accounts and also assess market and competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities. You will develop and execute business plans to deliver sales results, including maximised volume potential, increased merchandising effectiveness, growth of product group(s), and brand share with responsibility for accurate forecasting of monthly sales, leading annual business planning process within assigned accounts. You'll collaborate with the marketing teams to implement online marketing activities to boost sales and also manage an online promotional budget for optimal ROI. The Person. The ideal person will have 2 years' experience in an e-Commerce position with demonstrable exposure to digital/online sales. A third level qualification in Marketing/Digital/Sales or related discipline. A commercial mindset alongside strong negotiation skills and an ability to build and develop relationships. Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills are essential. Flexibility to travel. This position is ideally suited to a Key Account Manager or ambitious Key Account executive who are keen to build on their relationships with large retailers and eCommerce platforms such as Amazon.
