Our client is an innovative and market leading FMCG / Cosmetics company based in Louth. With a strong portfolio of own and private label brands, our client has seen significant growth in their operations in the last few years. The Position. As Regulatory Manager you will be responsible for leadership on regulatory compliance across all Global Brands and Markets. Some of your main activities will include the following: Ensuring full compliance with relevant global regulation. Leading the creation and rollout of a regulatory strategy linking to business and other departmental strategies. Highlighting any updates to global regulatory requirements to Senior Management and driving the strategy on future planning to ensure minimal impact to business. Managing technical standards and ensuring regulatory product compliance across all brands/markets. Compiling Product Information Files and liaising with retail and distributor partners on compliance documents and product specifications. Independently driving the regulatory responsibilities of innovation projects. Educating and supporting project leaders and project members to enable achievement of project goals and to act as project lead when assigned. Registering products for new markets, maintain and submit necessary documentation to local regulatory agencies and ensure continued license to operate for brands. The Person. The successful candidate will possess the following: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in science or related technical field. A minimum of 4-5 years working in a regulatory compliance role (ideally within the Cosmetic of Chemical sectors. An excellent understanding of regulatory and compliance guidelines with expert knowledge of EU and USA regulations. Strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical and organisational skills. Demonstrable ability to work independently, as well as exhibiting team building skills. Highly motivated with good judgement and decisiveness skills. Detail orientated, accurate and excellent record keeping skills. Eligible to live and work in EU.
