Fabulous opportunity with this new opening of a 4 star deluxe hotel property in a heritage location in the North East, easy access to the M1 – N1 motorway. It will have 52 bedrooms, Café / Bar / Restaurant, Conference & Banqueting for 250 and Wellness Spa, all in a large 350-acre estate with a working farm and a real “farm to fork” ethos. The Owners are seeking a General Manager who has the drive, vision and energy to open this signature hotel. They plan to open in early 2019 and would like to appoint the General Manager in June / July this year. Some of the first responsibilities for this role will include: Setting the pricing structure of the Resort. Development of SOP manual. Recruitment and training of a team of 80 staff. Establishment of a Sales & Marketing department.
