The ideal candidate will have extensive managerial experience in 4/5 star properties in C&B, F&B and destination restaurants (Michelin star, AA rosette a strong advantage). Must demonstrate excellent team leadership and training skills. Along with an excellent grasp of general hotel operations, you will have a passion for offering genuine, personalised customer service to the highest level.
